1. An item may be eligible for return & replacement if it has been reported to us within a period of 7 days in case the product comes with a Manufacturing Defect.
2. In case where the product has one the following issues; the issue must be reported within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the order.
. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
. Has missing parts or accessories.
. Is different from what was ordered.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you, product should not be used.
4. Replacement shall be given only for the exact same item that was ordered & No request for any change/ exchange in replacement shall be entertained.
5. Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”
6. Replacement applicable only if; it has been determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you.
7. In case only if the company is unable to replace a product with the same model that was ordered by the customer due to any reasons, the refund for the same shall be issued to the customer’s account with 7-10 business days.
8. In case of transit damage the incident should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery and image of the damaged product and packaging should be shared.
